How do I order?
To order visit our website www.gourmetfoodparlour.com and click MENU+ and then choose Catering, otherwise, please call us on +353 (01) 895 7565 or email us at catering@gourmetfoodparlour.com and we can answer all of your questions before you decide to choose your catering. Office hours are Monday to Saturday 9.00 - 17.30.
Do you take orders over the phone?
We can take orders over the phone however if it is your first time using us we would require for you to email us at catering@gourmetfoodarlour.com as we will require certain information but do not hesitate to contact us by phone regardless and we can happily answer any questions you may have.
Is there a cut-off time for orders?
We do require 48 hours-notice however please remember we do book out very fast so we would highly recommend you come to us as soon as you know you need a catering order
Is there a minimum order?
For delivery, the minimum purchase order is to reach a monetary value of €120.00.
Do you deliver?
We certainly do, we deliver all around Dublin and the greater area, your delivery charge will depend on your final location. For deliveries you will be given a 1 hour slot and your food could arrive anytime in this hour window.
How will my food arrive?
Hot Food is delivered hot and ready to serve, our driver will set up the food in your designated area in stainless steel Bain maries with burning gels placed underneath. Cold food will be delivered ready to serve and is transported in a temperature controlled van.
