An award-winning Irish entrepreneur from Galway, Lorraine studied at the University of Limerick before shaping her tenacious identity in the epicentre of the hospitality world; New York City.
Her diverse experience and driving ambition led to the creation of Gourmet Food Parlour in Dun Laoghaire in 2006.
Over the last 18 years, Lorraine has guided Gourmet Food Parlour’s evolution to a business that employs over 200 people, and developed key commercial relationships with high-profile businesses and organisations such as Dublin GAA and the Olympic Federation of Ireland.
