Canoeing Ireland Event
At this event, we provided meals for over 400 racers throughout the day, ensuring they had the best post-race fuel possible. We worked closely with the Canoeing Ireland team to ensure a seamless experience. Our food truck was also stationed at the event, offering spectators delicious hot food and treats.
Bastille Day Celebration
We had the absolute pleasure of being invited to the Residence of France in Dublin to cater for over 1,000 guests with handcrafted, bespoke canapés, each with a French twist. Collaborating closely with the Embassy staff, we first provided a tasting menu of nine specially curated French canapés, followed by a selection of five dessert canapés to ensure complete satisfaction. Every detail of the event was meticulously planned, and our dedicated team of chefs travelled to the embassy to handcraft over 7,000 canapés and 3,000 desserts, ensuring a flawless execution.
Team Ireland's Run-Up to the Paris Olympics 2024
As a proud sponsor of the Olympic Federation of Ireland, we worked closely with our partners to provide extensive catering in the lead-up to Paris 2024. This included multiple events featuring food trucks and travel packs for some of the nation’s top athletes. In the weeks leading up to the Games, we supported teams from Boxing, Cycling, Athletics, and Rugby 7s by providing food trucks for their open training sessions, ensuring that both athletes and supporters were fuelled with the highest quality food possible.
